Известному тележурналисту Алексу предстоит непростое задание: он должен снять сюжет, посвященный памяти своего погибшего коллеги. Алекс чувствует себя косвенным виновником трагедии. За три дня до Рождества он отправляется в небольшой приморский городок, где живет семья погибшего. In an ongoing search for the "happily ever after”, one question pops up: "Can love be fixed in seven days?”

В канун Рождества на маленькой горной железнодорожной станции поезда не ходят, так как все пути забиты снегом. Четыре человека ждут поезда, который не появляется. Они не знают друг друга, сколько времени это займет или когда они когда-либо достигнут своей цели. Но с течением времени Мадалина, Кристи, Озана и Алекс разделяют абсурд, отчаяние и надежду. Потому что они случайно застряли здесь. Потому что никто не знает, когда это закончится. И потому что это Рождество.
