A diamond heist with colorful characters and crisp cinematography, the humor is best described as unsophisticated Terence Hill and Bud Spencer larks complemented by crude animation, a bright and jazzy score by Cavallone regular composer Franco Potenza and a bevy of stunning women: Maria Pia Luzi, Beryl Cunningham, Magda Konopka and Claudie Lange.

Two anarchistic brothers live by petty thievery and try to recover from their Catholic upbringing. Bandiera and Rabbino were children when they pushed their drunk of a father out of a window for killing their pet sheep. When a girl is raped by her father, she is brought by young "rescuers" to the home of the two brothers who then watch their friends take advantage of her sexually. The brothers take her in, and the three live happy and celibate if not uneventful lives until the brother's are sent to jail for stealing.

Pietro is a thirteen-year-old shepherd boy who lives in the sixties in Cappadocia, an isolated village in the mountains of Abruzzo where life has kept the same rhythms as always. His uncle emigrated to Venezuela and has promised him that he will send him the necessary documents so that he too can emigrate. Meanwhile Pietro wants to learn English and his grandfather, who wants to help him realize his dream, discovers in the newspaper how Pietro can study a foreign language even without a teacher.
