The film narrates the incidents in the life of a gynaecologist and five women who come into his life. Lal appears as the gynaecologist while Rima Kallingal, Sanusha, Geetha, Asha Sharreth, and Sandra Thomas play the roles of five pregnant women. Sandra Thomas also produced the film along with her father Thomas Joseph Pattathanam under the banner of Friday Cinema House. Vishnu Narayan was the cinematographer and the music was composed by Vishnu- Sharath. The film started production in May 2013 from Kochi, Kerala and released on 27 September 2013.
Chinnan
Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus revolves around Cleetus (Mammootty), a dreaded long-haired rogue. He surprises the parish priest (Siddique) by his uncanny resemblance to Jesus Christ in looks and mannerisms. He is roped in by the priest for the role of Jesus Christ for a light and sound show for their upcoming festival. His real self comes to the fore during rehearsals. The fact that he is a goon is revealed, yet the priest decides to persist with him in the belief that the experience of performing the noble character will lead to his transformation. Things change in the life of Cleetus after that. Events that occurred in the life of Jesus Christ start occurring in the life of Cleetus too. What happens to Cleetus and the people surrounding him form the rest of the story.

The story features the friendship between a father and son. Maanikunju was living his dream when the 17-years-old Vishnu walks in to their life. With some hidden intentions, Vishnu befriends Maanikunju and his friends. But the nature of his father leaves him surprised. Another person Shankaran Nampoothirippad acts as a tool between the two. What follows next forms the rest of the story.
Balu
The story unfolds the events happening in just four hours of a day in two cities - Kochi and Chennai. Balu (Aju Varghese) who goes to Chennai to attend an interview falls into a trap in the few minutes he goes out of the call centre office to make a phone call. He contacts his friend Kishore (Indrajith), an ad filmmaker and his friend, to help him with some money. Kishore, who is in Kochi, has an equally crucial day. His wife Surya (Mamta Mohandas) is returning to his life as the couple has been living separate for some time. Kishore sets aside his plans to reconcile with his wife to help his friend. However, he fails to gather enough money to help Balu. How money changes the life of these characters forms the rest of the story.
Mathews' Friend
Mathew is a graduate in software engineering, but is now jobless. He is waiting for his good time to get a good job. Mathew has borrowed some money as loan. Now he cannot give it back as he has no job. Mathew's childhood friend Jeena Johnykkutty is ready to help him as she could. She has a job. Her father Johnykkutty does not like Mathew and he always tries to trouble Mathew whenever he gets a chance. At this time Mathew's good time arrives; but along with it many problems too. The gripping events that follow plot the rest of 'Neram'.
Satyanathen (Jayaram) is a teacher at Vivekodayam school, Thrissur . His wife Priya (Gopika) is a bank employee and he has a fourteen year old son Bhaskaran. Satyanathan is an alcoholic. After school hours, he can be seen with his friends in the local bar or at thekkinkad maithanam where they play cards.he is dissatisfied with his life and wife. He befriends some young men of the new generation whose lifestyle tempts him to take up their style. The film follows the events that follow as a flashback from his son.

Two strangers share a taxi cab, the male tries to hit on the female.
Hari
Chacko and Hari are two young ad professionals who are fed up with their boss (Sandra Thomas) and her tantrums. They decide to take a break and head to Goa, where Chacko ends up meeting a beautiful foreigner (Sabreen Baker). The rest of the story revolves around their return from Goa, a mysterious bag and an extremely angry boss. Chacko & Hari is played by Asif Ali and Aju.
Kaanu
The film consists of four "chapters", each related to the other in some or the other way. The film has a unique plot which talks about people who unknowingly ends up helping each other, in a series of events which take place precisely in two days and a night.
Life changes for Madhavankutty, a school teacher after he witnesses a theft at a money lender's shop in his village, which has no identity of its own.
Abdu
The film is about a Hindu Nair boy, Vinod, and a Muslim girl, Aisha, and the conflict arising out of this inter-faith relationship.
Keezh Shanthi Vishnu
Maya elopes with Balakrishnan only to abandon him the next day. Balakrishnan then feigns a happy marriage for which he hires a girl, Mayamohini who later turns out to be a man hunted by the cops.

The film is about seven young men, passionate about football – sevens football to be precise – and how they inadvertently get involved in a crime. Sevens is a kind of football played in North malabar, especially in Kozhikode, Malappuram and Kannur. It is played by seven players on each side, instead of the traditional 11. The name Sevenes ascribed to the movie refers to the gang of seven friends and not as such to sevens football.
Kuttu
Five friends are disappointed about the way their favorite hangout Malarvaadi Arts Club is headed. They take the responsibility of reviving the club in their own hands.
