Shuji Kanzaki, who lives in the underworld of Manila, winds up in a fierce battle with Japan's biggest gangster.

Lyn becomes a prostitute to try and save enough money to get her daughter and eye operation to cure her from her blindness. She is beaten up by her pimp and that is when Michael, the kickboxer comes across her path after a bad fight. He rescues her and she takes him in and looks after him while he heals. In the process they begin to like each other and Michael is drawn to the mother and daughter as his own wife and child were murdered several years earlier by the bad guys. He decides to do one last kick boxing tournament to raise the money that Lyn needs to pay for the operation, but in the meantime the baddies want payback and kidnap the daughter.

Somewhere in North Vietnam, an American base is overrun by V.C. and a golden Buddha statue is stolen. The American high command won't have this and sends in an elite force of goof-offs to recover the item. The team (the B-TEAM!!) is to be led by Rom Kristoff and feature two white guys and two Asian guys in order to (hysterically!) trade-off who is keeping who prisoner among them in order to infiltrate enemy lines.

After their mission is overrun by North Vietnamese forces, a missionary couple, their Australian guide, a South Vietnamese major, a brothel owner and her daughter all get in the mission's battered school bus and try to make their way to safety. Soon after leaving, however, their bus is commandeered by three US Marines trying to get back to their base at De Nang. To reach their destination, they must fight through most of the North Vietnamese army.

After suffering a concussion from a grenade blast in Vietnam, Sgt. Frank Johnson has been getting flashes of his childhood in which strangely he is a ninja. Richard Harrison stars as a super tough CIA agent in this over-the-top action-packed Filipino jungle action flick. Bloody violence, a jungle full of bamboo death traps and some double crossing keeps things more than interesting and a definite must for fans of Filipino exploitation action.

The titular "Mad Dog", actually goes under the very anonymous name "Nick Nolte", and is played by Romano Kristoff, whom you may or may not remember from such classics as "Warbus", "Double Edge", or "Tough Cops". He is a cop who doesn't take it easy when the mob executes his stripper-sister, and he goes after them to get revenge at all costs. Another Phillipino superstar, Jim Gaines, has a small cameo in "Mad Dog II" as a snitch who gets offed in the bathroom.

Now, working commando, Peter uses the secrets of the book to free his woman and best friend.
