On April 11th of 2002 a coup d'état against the venezuelan president Hugo Chávez Frías kept the country in a state of total uncertainty regarding his whereabouts, two days later he returned to power. This is a chronicle of those days.

This documentary is comprised of three shorts: 'El Afinque de Marín' that follows the musicians of the group Madera. 'Yo hablo a Caracas' about an indigenous leader and his reply to the authorities of the venezuelan goverment regarding the violations towards his people and finally 'Mayami Nuestro' chronicles the relationship of venezuelans during the eighties with the city of Miami.

Portable Country is a venezuelan film based on the novel of the same name, written by Adriano González León, whose theme is inspired on a central character, Andrés Barazarte, who is a law student at the Universidad Central de Venezuela in 70s and he engages in urban guerrillas of those years.
