Shin-chan is all set to challenge Kung Fu in the Chinatown of Kasukabe city, known as Aiyā Town. He and the Kasukabe Defence Force are going to put up a totally no-stunt Kung Fu challenge on the stage.

One night, the Nohara family were enjoying a pleasant dream, when suddenly a big fish appeared in their dreams and ate them. The next morning, Hiroshi read in the newspaper that everybody in another town had the same nightmare as him, but it seemed to have ended. But Hiroshi also heard the same dream from Misae, Shinnosuke, Himawari and even Shiro. They were surprised and thought if the same thing is happening in Kasukabe too. In kindergarten, on telling others about his nightmare, Shinnosuke was surprised to know that everybody too had the same dream. Then a mysterious girl named Saki was transferred to Futaba Kindergarten and joined Shinnosuke's class. Everyone in the class, including the rather inactive Bo-chan, were all excited and happy on seeing her. But Saki had a cold attitude and didn't get along well.

The story of the special revolves around the Sanada brothers in their youth. Nobuyuki and Yukimura swear to each other to protect the influential Sanada clan. However, thinking of how to best continue the Sanada clan, Yukimura makes a decision, and meets with Mitsunari Ishida and Naoe Kanetsugu at the location he arrived at. On the other hand, his elder brother Nobuyuki must worry about the selfish demands made by the Tokugawa clan.

The Noharas get abducted by aliens who claim that Shin-chan's baby sister is their princess! Will she stay on this planet or return to Kasukabe?

17 year-old Sayako Amanokawa aspires to become a journalist, just like Kanemoto, an elite newspaper writer she looks up to. But Kanemoto, shamed from an erroneous report about a corruption scandal, jumps in front of a train and commits suicide. Since that incident, Sayako suddenly becomes able to see spirits and almost loses her life. However, from that near-fatal incident she experiences something extraordinary. In this special, a myterious evildoer is fed up with the bad guys losing to the good guys all the time. He steals the broadcast codes of the Fox Box and breaks it before giving each piece to the likes of "Kirby: Right Back at Ya's" King Dedede, DMP member Dialbolic from "Ultimate Muscle," "Cubix's" Dr. K, Dr. Eggman from "Sonic X," and The Shredder from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." The Funky Cops overhear this plot and set out to stop them. The Turtle see a preview of "The Shaman King" before setting out to find parts of the code. They are joined by Cubix, Kid Muscle, Kirby, and Sonic the Hedgehog. Can the good guys along with 1,000,000 viewers watching this special stop the bad guys and save their Saturday Morning block? Or will the villains be victorious for once? Well, how much do you want to bet on any side?

Stones of power are given to some chosen fighters, who are being trained by a master to defeat the master's darker tendencies of destroying humanity. The fighters do not necessarily get along even as the world heads toward peril.
