Eight years after saving the SPD from Agent Abrella's scheme, the Dekarangers parted ways with Ban joining the Fire Squad, Jasmine marrying Hikaru Hiwatari, and Swan working independently while Tetsu, Hoji, Sen, and Umeko continue working under Doggie Kruger. But after an incident occurred that hospitalized Kruger on planet Revaful wherein he was labeled as a dirty cop for an apparent dealing with the Qurlian Crime Family, which went awry with the death of a civilian witness, Tetsu takes over the Earth Branch. Two years later, joined by rookie officers Assam Asimov and Mugi Grafton, who had taken over the positions of Deka Red and Deka Yellow respectively, Hoji, Sen and Umeko encounter a Clementian named Carrie who is being hunted by Mechanoids.

In all aspects, this is considered a modern communication revolution. The revolutionary cloud operating system, known as ESC-A, has spread wildly among Japan's youth along with the internet. The video game software that comes preinstalled on the OS is Phantasy Star Online 2.

The Space Empire Zangyack forms an alliance with the Black Cross King, the resurrected form of the Gorengers' enemy the Black Cross Führer, in order to invade Earth with other revived Super Sentai enemies. It has been several years after the events of Shunmuki and Watanuki has become the new proprietor of Yūko's shop following her death. Domeki has taken a position at a university to study folklore and Kohane has become a student at the same university studying under Domeki. Due to Domeki's position, a series of events have occurred that requires Watanuki's services. The episode outlines the process by which Watanuki fulfills the request while presenting changes in many of the characters in the series. The ending theme is "Kaza Nagi" (風なぎ?) by Shikao Suga.

Загадочный дом с бесконечными переходами, бездонными подвалами и живыми портретами.Сюжет недурен: он внятен, связан, имеет завязку, кульминацию и развязку в подобающей последовательности, и особо ранимые зрители могут даже попробовать прослезиться ближе к финалу. Но, в общем и целом, «Триплексоголик» производит впечатление редкой для аниме разновидности несоответствия содержания и формы: на мой взгляд, имела место «попытка с избыточными средствами». Такой дизайн мог обслуживать куда более величественный замысел…

The DekaRangers respond to a disturbance in the city. On arriving, they find the area under attack from three coloured people. They fight them but they steal Machine Bull to chase a crow, which is apparently their enemy. They crash and are arrested by the DekaRangers. At DekaBase, the DekaRangers discover that their prisoners are Bakuryuu Sentai AbaRanger.

The Dekarangers must deal with a mysterious undercover agent from another planet while trying to save her world and Earth from one of the universe's toughest Alienizer gangs.
