A group of Japanese scientists goes to a small isolated village in the Thai mountains. A legend tells that the place is cursed, but also that a mysterious jewel would have been placed a long time ago in a sanctuary. A group of students has a trip to go to a jungle. They've found a weird egg in the cave and they decide to bring it back home. That makes the monster who is the egg's owner chasing after them and demanding for getting that egg back. Khamron
For many years, Asian elephants were used in the relatively simple, low-intensity logging operations in Thailand and elsewhere in the region. As the move to scythe down whole forests progresses, there is less and less use for these elephants: heavy machinery works more efficiently in a clear-cutting situation. In this story, a young elephant keeper manages to save the life of a forest ranger, dedicated to keeping the national forest preserves safe from poaching. The elephant-keeper, on the other hand, is economically compelled to work for the poachers in order to keep his family fed, and to preserve the family lands from sale by a greedy businessman who once loaned them money.
The border of Burma and Thailand is lawless place, where people live and die by the law of the gun. Into this situation comes a young police lieutenant, intent on reforming the rough and rowdy local police force along the Salween River. But the ongoing fight by the Karen tribe against the Burmese government spills over into the Thailand, making the lieutenant's task a difficult one.

Boonpeng
Somsri is a teacher in one of Bangkok's slums, teaching the slum kids as best she can in a beat up old building with no budget for equipment or books etc. At the time the film was made (or is set), 1/5th of Bangkok's population was apparently living in slums. Somsri is also the leader of a slum committee, organized primarily to fight the property development company that is trying to evict the people from their homes. Somsri is idealistic, proud and strong-headed and determined to organize the residents and fight the company every step of the way. Unfortunately, many or most of the residents are reluctant to fight, accepting the idea that as slum people they have no rights and can't possibly win against a big corporation. The fight is a difficult one as the company is not afraid to use nasty tactics against the people that stand in the way of their profits.
Gunman is a story of an assassin with a wooden leg and a heart of gold.
An SOS message is sent out when a plane carrying gold worth $200 million dollars belonging to the free world is brought down somewhere in Thailand, and Robert Ginty is called upon to team up with his old flame Claudia Dubois.
