A few descendants of Datuk Semerah Setongkol Jagung have gathered at their ancestral home to retrieve their will from their ancestor. They are invited by the housekeeper, Johar Zulkifli, who requested for them to spend the night there. During their stay, they start to experience supernatural phenomenon in the house.

It was love at first sight when Johari, a Casanova and former “Mat Rempit”, meets Zizie, a hijabster known for her cold attitude towards men. In pursuit to woo Zizie, Johari puts on a hijab and pretend to be his own “younger sister”, Johanna, with the intention to get close to her. In a series of unfortunate turn of events, not only did Johari attract Zizie’s attention, he pretty much attracted her whole family! As a man he attracted Zizie's sexually-confused brother and lonely mother, while his demure "feminine" side attracted her cheeky father.

"Adik Manja Returns" is the long-awaited sequel to the successful "Adik Manja" directed by Othman Hafsham. The story still revolves around the misbehaviour of the female students in a private institution, which has now been taken over by the daughter of the previous headmaster, Pengetua Sofia (Rozita). However, Sofia is unable to control the discipline problems that plague the institution, so she resorts to seeking Azmi (Dharma Harun Al Rashid), something that her late mother advised her to do should she face those problems. Apparently, two rival dance groups known as Shuffle and Hip Hop, which are led by queen bees Bib and Su, respectively, are stirring up trouble among the other students.
It tells the story of three siblings namely Jep, Shuib and Mamat who lost their parents. Yet despite the absence of the parents, they are left with a secret will. They live life like ordinary village teenagers. It is difficult and easy to go through together until the time when the will can be read by them. Apparently, the three siblings will get a lot of property left by their parents but they must comply with the conditions set through the will. They have to go to town to find someone.
