A mosaic film of three stories in three different Asian cities where the paths of the rich and poor cross one another in and around taxis. A closeted Beijing cab driver tries to seduce a rich passenger, a Hong Kong pregnant trophy wife starts to develop feelings for her new Indonesian maid and a Jakarta slum orphan becomes infatuated with a Western female backpacker. All three characters desperately want to connect on a basic human level but are their own worst obstacle.

The short film was directed sequentially by Rako Prijanto, Riri Riza, Ray Nayoan, Robby Ertanto, Raditya Sidharta, and The Mo Brothers (Kimo Stamboel & Timo Tjahjanto).

Sita is an escort at a karaoke bar who struggles to raise money to send her daughter out of the city to live with her grandmother and settle her debts with her pimp. She moves in with aging photographer Jan and helps him fulfill his last wishes.

Dibyo (Ringgo Agus Rahman), is a big liar who felt as if he was a big actor even though he only got one insignificant part. Dibyo seduces Mira (Mulan Kwok) who bought his lie, and took her to bed. Mira seems to really fall in love with him even though she knows who Dibyo really is and pregnant with his child. The problem is, Mira is also lying. She actually has a husband named Lamhot Simamora (Eddie Karsito), although they are separated. Mira wants Dibyo to end her relationship with her husband. It turns out that Lamhot is a gangster with many followers. Because Dibyo accidentally saves Lamhot from a fight with another gangster group, Lamhot then claims Dibyo as his best friend, moreover after he lies that his name is John Sidabutar. Because of that, Lam-hot takes him to his home and guarantee his life.

Regi suffers from depression since childhood, being raised by wealthy parents who have little time for her, but plenty to fight with and cheat on each other. While in college she meets and becomes close to Rajib, a drug dealer. Developing an intense hatred for men, inspired by her violent and insensitive father, she identifies as a lesbian. Her introduction to the drug-scene engulfs her and she develops a cocaine habit which rapidly accelerates into a preference for White China heroin. She meets and falls in love with Rajibs ex drug-dealing partner, Vela, who has already become a hardcore junkie. Her and Vela's downward spiral into chronic addiction is portrayed powerfully throughout the film as is their intense attachment to each other. The plot (based on a true story) is exceptional in its depiction of the drug problems in Indonesia, the often terrible 'solutions' to these problems, and the reasons behind why they occur.
