Anthony Bell is an American animation director. After getting his start as a character layout artist and cleanup artist for The Simpsons in the early nineties, he got the opportunity to direct a number of episodes for the Nickelodeon hit, Rugrats. Most recently, he has directed four episodes for the Adult Swim animated television series The Boondocks, and directed the cult hit animated film, Alpha and Omega, along with Ben Gluck. The movie went on to get nominated for a Annie Award for Best Animated Picture. Anthony Bell's currently working on another film, the upcoming comedy/adventure Norm of the North, which will be released in theaters January 16, 2015.

Hamburglar dreams up a crazy scheme to use the time machine to get out of cleaning and they end up getting lost in time. Their time travel adventures take them to prehistoric times where the time machine is nearly digested by a Tyrannosaurus and they meet their cavemen ancestors, the medieval times where they impress the crabby King Murray with a musical number to save captured Birdie, the wild wild west where they discover Hamburglar's ancestor Henry H. Burglar II, whom the residents mistake Hamburglar for, and the disco era of the '70s where they briefly encounter Mayor McCheese.
