A story of shining country girl, a medical student lives in a relative house for educational purposes. She meets a rich man. They hate each other as well as love they shares.
Tod is a war veteran who is always haunted by the images of the battle field. Tada brings him home after he has been treated in the hospital for a while. Tada’s boss takes her along on a business deal, and she sees her boss’s men being arrested for transporting heroin. Her boss and his men are coming to make her shut up, because she has seen and knows too much, but Tod sees the images of the enemy coming to attack him and Tada, so he kills them all.
Riam
In 1936 in rural Bang Kapi, among the rice fields, Kwan and Riam, the children of rival village chiefs, fall in love. Riam's father disapproves of the relationship, and wants to marry her off to Joi, the son of a wealthy local nobleman. Riam's father, Joi and some other men go to confront Kwan and find him on the spirit-house island with Riam.
