Dialogue
A prominent millionaire gets a woman drunk and rapes her, biting off her nipple in the process. Because of his influence and powerful lawyer, though, he is able to beat the rap, claiming the woman was trying to extort money from him. He continues his life of debauchery, using women and flaunting his power until he meets a new woman, who won't let him have his way with her, but wants to be his friend. Falling madly in love with her, he cleans up his act and devotes his attentions to her, not realizing that she has a hidden agenda.

A psychiatric doctor is driven insane plagued by nightmarish visions of Coffin Joe's subterranean world of bizarre horror. Under analysis, it's discovered that he has a pathological fear that Joe has sexual designs on his beautiful wife. Unable to cure him, his fellow doctors enlist the services of José Mojica Marins, the creator of Coffin Joe, in an attempt to convince the patient that Joe does not exist. But all is not how it might first appear.
