Мегха убегает от родителей и едет к своему парню в другой город, там они решили тайно пожениться. В назначенный день невеста ждет своего жениха, но он не приходит. Мегха звонит ему – он не отвечает, звонит ему домой – его там нет. Девушка в полном отчаянии, одна в чужом городе. На помощь ей приходит Анкуш, сотрудник ЗАГСа, у которого она целый день простояла в ожидании жениха. Анкуш во всем ей помогает и влюбляется в нее. Проходит время и Мегха отвечает ему взаимностью, но тут появляется ее пропавший жених.
