В центре сюжета находится одинокий мужчина, который прячется от людского взора, проживая в темной и непроходимой чаще леса. Он находится в полной гармонии с природой, ощущая спокойствие, слушая пение птиц или тихий шелест листвы. Однажды, собирая в лесу ягоды, он услышал плач ребенка. Сперва мужчина был в растерянности, увидев посреди леса малыша, но быстро пришел в себя и забрал мальчишку в свою хижину. Он занимался его воспитанием, они хорошо находили общий язык и жили душа в душу. Так продолжалось достаточно долгое время, пока в одни прекрасный день не выяснилось, что мальчонка наделен сверхъестественными способностями.
