Honza and Zuzana are very young husband and wife. They have a little daughter of whom willingly occasionally take care the grandparents and Honza's fifteen-year-old brother Martin. Zuzana continues studying and Honza devotes all weekends as an amateur competitor to the motor-cycles at the speedway. Zuzana is not interested in motor-cycles. Martin holds responsible for his brother's marriage and at the advice of his friend Magda, who is of the same age, invites her sister-in-law to the club of Hucul horses so that she does not feel bored. But by misfortunes and unexplained quarrels both young husband and wife start being jealous of one another.

Honza Pavelka (Jan Hrusínský) wins the junior motorbike speed races. His thirteen-year-old brother Martin (Roman Cada), his assistant and biggest fan, answers the questions of his schoolfriend Pavlína in a superior tone. Student Zuzana (Libuse Safránková), who gave her scarf to Honza to wear around his neck for the races as a talisman is Honza's girlfriend. He met her when he came to her parent's home to repair the TV set. Honza declines an invitation to celebration with his friends. He goes off with Zuzana instead, but she refuses his intimate advances. The offended young man, who is about to serve his two years in the army, tries to blackmail her emotionally and the couple breaks up. Martin tries various schemes to bring them together again.

Jana is forced to live in a foster home and always dreams about family reunion.

The summer holidays are approaching and the children are bragging about all the exciting places they are going to visit during the long-awaited two months of summer. Only Tonda is not looking forward to staying in Prague over the holidays. He brightens up after his father announces that the boy can visit some friends of the family in the village of Petipas.

The harsh reality of a home for abandoned children blends with episodes of youthful fantasy and slapstick comedy in this story of an orphan girl. Lucy's fondest wish is to find new parents and leave an orphanage. She befriends a man who can create doors from paint. He gives her a stuffed dog that magically comes alive when placed on the ground, and he and his wife end up adopting the little girl. After finding parents of her own, Lucy sets out through fantasy to find parents for her orphan friends. All of the people Lucy meet during her remarkable make believe wanderings end up taking children home.

Widowed yeoman Tuma and his household are on their way to help the town of Kourim, which is under attack by the papist troops. His son Ondra is secretly following his father. Miksík the castellan, who is responsible for Ondra, finds himself forced to set off after the boy. They are both captured by soldiers from Kutná Hora. Miksík sacrifices himself to give Ondra a chance to flee. On the way, Ondra runs into the orphan Sulík. The two boys become friends and begin to wander together.

A baleful limping man walks through Prague. He is Asmodeus (Juraj Herz), the fiend of lustfulness, entertaining himself by putting together by magic couples of lovers. He only fails at the swimming pool. Zuzana (Jana Sulcová), the good-looking blonde, ignores the men whom the devil foists off onto her. She loves Honza (Václav Neckár) and the boy shares her feelings. The fiend is annoyed by the couple and tries to provoke a row. He sends heavy rain to force them into a hotel and then warns Zuzana's father by phone, but the young lovers manage to get out in time. Then the obstinate Asmodeus takes Honza in his sleep to the Institute for Emotional Disorders, where he shows him the ugly sides of love - hysteria, voyeurism, fetishism, suicide attempts...

Captain Martin from the police's child department and his colleague Kraus are called to Znojmo to help solve a case regarding stolen toys found in the town's subterranean passages. The members of the local police department are convinced that the thieves are the well-known "customers" from the Znojmo elementary school, pupils Exner and Mandlík. Martin, however, has doubts about these culprits. These doubts grow even stronger after the local self-service shop is robbed and the local tobacco store reports that it is missing a lot of imported cigarettes. Martin questions the children, inspects both shops and searches through the underground.

In 1965, the experienced director Jaroslav Mach made a documentary film with staged scenes, which dealt with the current problems of popular Czech sport. Behind the scenes of football, the playmakers looked through slavoje's team, which is preparing for the decisive match. If Coach Ram doesn't force his boys to perform convincingly, they're in danger of relegation to league two. After a series of dramatic peripeteias, Slavoj takes the field so weakened that he is caught up in the dreaded failure. Fortunately, the club's fans will eventually take their anger out on the loss of "their" team to an innocent referee. The film also features criticism of officials... In addition to actors Martin Růžek and Bohumil Šmída, Machov's film appeared real footballers Dukla and period sports stars (e.g. František Plánička).

Енда, Элишка, Ирка, Анча и другие члены Союза молодежи возмущаются тем, что их родители, в силу укоренившихся частнособственнических пережитков, по мелочам расхищают кооперативное имущество. Ребята решают прекратить подобное безобразие. Так как никакие доводы на взрослых не действуют, ребята составляют списки на своих родителей, в которых перечисляют все то, что те взяли из кооператива. Взрослые возмущаются — «как могут эти ябедники позорить своих отцов». Но на очередном собрании ребята сообщили, что за последнее время члены кооператива растащили имущества более чем на 20 тысяч крон...

По книге Сватоплука Грнчиржа о приключениях трех друзей - Робинзона, Петра и Ирки, страстных любителей детективов и кино. Решив создать свой кинофильм, ребята начали снимать все, что считают интересным. Однажды их внимание привлек человек, сидящий на скамейке в парке и с кем-то разговаривающий, хотя кругом не было ни души. Ребята стали наблюдать за подозрительным и снимали все, что его касалось. Их съемки помогли спасти ценное изобретение, за которым охотились враги.

Героиня фильма Ганка - выпускница школы медицинских сестер. Она должна поехать работать в провинцию. Но как же быть, если в Праге живет ее любимый, молодой рабочий Ото? Их любовь взаимна. Но помимо радостей любви нужно еще иметь крышу над головой. Родители Ото не желают и слышать о его женитьбе. Если же Ото не женится на Ганке, то ее пошлют в провинцию. Оба они привыкли к пражской жизни: кафе, концерты, театры, приятели и приятельницы, как все это бросить? Но в конце фильма молодые люди убеждаются, что Прага - не единственное место, где можно быть счастливыми. Они уезжают работать в провинцию.

При попытке покинуть Чехословакию убит человек. При нем обнаружено полтора килограмма золота- не в монетах, не в ювелирных изделиях, не в слитках- а в виде пластинок, употребляемых для изготовления зубов...

…Накануне своей свадьбы трагически погиб молодой лесоруб Ян. Много горя хлебнула его возлюбленная Франтишка, оставшись с «незаконным» — внебрачным — ребёнком на руках. Погналась она за призрачным счастьем — согласилась стать женой старого, но богатого вдовца Подешвы, и жизнь её превратилась в сплошные муки и унижения. Лютой ненавистью, нескрываемой злобой встретила новую хозяйку дома Розина. Она жила здесь с давних пор на правах экономки Подешвы, но на самом деле была его любовницей. Розина досаждала Франтишке на каждом шагу и поедом ела её сынишку — маленького Метудека. Когда Подешва сватался к Франтишке, он обещал любить ребёнка, как своего родного сына. Ничего не осталось теперь от этих обещаний! Розина натравливала Подешву и против его жены и против мальчика…

В картине остатки украинского подразделения Повстанческой Армии (ОУН) под командованием Бурлака и его верной подруги Офелии, разбитые после проведения операции «Висла» в Польше, пытаются через территорию Словакии прорваться в Западную зону безопасности, уйти в Западную Германию, но попадают в расставленную западню...

Редкий житель не только Праги, но и других городов Чехословакии не соприкасался в послевоенный период с трудностями, связанными с жилищной проблемой. Героиня фильма, молодая девушка, словачка по национальности, получает ордер на комнату в квартире режиссера кукольного театра. Претензии девушки на комнату вызывают неудовольствие режиссера. Вначале они ссорятся, затем примиряются и, наконец, пылко влюбляются друг в друга. Удачно обыграны комедийные ситуации, построенные на различии чешского и словацкого языков (герой был чех, а героиня - словачка), хорошо использована музыка.

An ambitious and selfish lawyer confesses to the murder of his first wife. Some of the scenes were filmed in the last weeks of the war.

Leopold Kohák married a rich widow a long time ago and now has nothing to do compared to his energetic wife. He's growing old and troubled by the fact that he betrayed his first love Emča and his beloved river Sázava where he spent his childhood and youth. A visit from an old friend Lebeda brings it all back to him. After a nervous breakdown Leopold secretly visits his home instead of going to the spa. A wandering tramp suggest Leopold should bathe in the magical waters of the Sázava, and slowly his youth returns to him.
