In order to save the love of her life, she must find the cause of her heart failures. However, he will not succeed without a bit of luck.

The film was inspired by one of the most important documentaries shot by Krzysztof Kieślowski, Talking Heads (1980). The director asked his interlocutors seemingly simple questions, such as “Who are you?” and “What do you want?”.

Thanks to him, a beautiful girl will turn into a handsome young man and hire him in a suspicious office.

A couple of friends, Max and Leo spend some time in Sicily, the island that is associated with mafia. Strange events on one wedding of a mafioso's daughter near the city of Trapani, bring them back to Warsaw. Yet, the criminal leaders, particularly Don Antonio Gambini, are also in Poland where they have a job to do. Unintentionally, Max and Leo are brought into a plot.

A group of young friends from the country decides to toss out their morals and go for the gold in this Polish-made drama. Believing that money is the only thing they need to be happy, the ambitious pals engage in serious crime, eventually causing some of them to wonder if the prize was really worth the price. He realizes that the Issa Valley he lives in is to be torn apart by internal political conflicts and unrests among the mixed population of Poles, Lithuanians, Jews and Russians. He, however, is captivated by a paradise surrounding him, the forest, and his fantasies.
