David Trainor

Dave Trainor was born in 1960 in Ontario, Canada. He began his journey as an artist very early, fed in childhood on a steady diet of Hammer Horror, Ed “Big Daddy” Roth, and the wonders of Disneyland and the Southern California culture. At age seven, he began sketching animals, hot rods and monsters for his classmates. He moved on in high school to creative endeavors that included painting rock tour t-shirts for ten bucks a pop and selling them to his friends, family, or anyone else who would buy one. His post-secondary years were spent at the Alberta College of Art and Design. Some of his past films include “Blade 2″, and “Tucker and Dale vs. Evil”. He currently works on AMC’s “Hell on Wheels” and “Fargo”.

The Godfather of Gore, Herschell Gordon Lewis makes his long awaited return to the genre that he is given credit for inventing in “Herschell Gordon Lewis’ BloodMania”. “BloodMania” is a horror anthology consisting of four segments. Herschell has co-written one segment and will direct two. Each segment has its own unique style and feel, but all contain the signature gore that has come to be associated with Mr. Lewis’ work. The film is being released by Diabolique Films, the film division of the critically acclaimed Diabolique Magazine, an established leader in the horror print industry. “Herschell Gordon Lewis’ BloodMania” is Mr. Lewis’ gift to his many fans, and fans of the “Splatter” genre alike. Pack Up the Plantation: Live! is the first live album by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, released in November 1985. It was primarily recorded at the Wiltern Theatre during their 1985 tour but also includes several tracks from previous tours. It was released as a double LP or single cassette and compact disc. A concert film of the Wiltern Theatre performance, also titled Pack Up the Plantation: Live! was released on home video in 1986. It included songs that did not make the album, such as originals "Don't Do Me Like That" and "Don't Come Around Here No More", as well as covers such as "Little Bit O' Soul" and "Route 66".
