Every year, Nana Sasaki and her former classmates hold a reunion of their high school music club. This year, the reunion is being held online. However, one of them, Ayumi, doesn't show up. When the others voice their concern, Yuki and Suzu reluctantly tell them about the Samejima Incident, an urban legend which circulated on the internet 20 years earlier. Those who find the truth about it become cursed and die. As Nana and the others start to panic, the real horror begins.

Mita (Amane Okayama) wanted to become a videographer in Tokyo, but he failed to achieve his dream. He is now back in his hometown and works in the tourist division at city hall. Reincarnation is the second of two theatrical compilation movies that preceded the release of "Kamen Rider Amazons: The Last Judgement" feature film. Reincarnation compiles the events of Season 2, it's been five years since the conclusion of season 1, the existence of the Amazons has become public knowledge, putting Nozama Pharmaceutical out of business. In their place is 4C (Competitive Creatures Control Center), a new government organisation tasked with hunting down and containing the Amazons threat. However, the Amazon Cells have mutated into a strain capable of infecting humans, transforming victims into insane and bloodthirsty monsters.

High school student Nanami lives in Tokyo, Japan. She waits for Halloween because she enjoys dressing up in costumes with her friends. One day, Nanami’s father tells her about a mysterious serial murder case that takes place year on Halloween. Her father works as the chief editor at an occult magazine. At first, Nanami doesn't care about the serial murders, but frightening incidents keep taking place around her.

Ando can't accept this his daughter Kana committed suicide. Kana fell from the ledge of a school building and died. Ando attempts to find out the truth behind his daughter's death. He becomes suspicious of his daughter's former classmate, Saki. Saki isn't a typical high school student and she aspires to work in show business. She dominates her high school with her charisma.

A mysterious creature destroys 70% of the moon. The creature then warns that if he is not destroyed by March of next year, Earth will be next. The creature also demands that he becomes the homeroom teacher for 3rd grade E class at Kunugigaoka Junior High School. The government is powerless to say no. The creature then becomes the homeroom teacher of 3rd grade E class which consists of failed students including Nagisa Shiota (Ryosuke Yamada). The creature is called Teacher Koro. Meanwhile, the government requests that the students try to kill Teacher Koro even though he possesses super powers. The government offers a 10 billion yen reward for whomever successfully kills him. The students are confused by the situation, but decide to kill Teacher Koro. When their class begins with Teacher Koro, the students finds themselves having a good time with their new teacher.
