Dona Hermínia is back, but now rich and famous since she is the host of her own successful TV show. However, the overprotective character will have to deal with her children's departures, as Marcelina and Juliano decide to move out. In counterpart, she will welcome, as a visitor, her sister Lúcia Helena, who's been living in New York.

São Paulo, 2007. Santana works as a dogcatcher, picking up stray animals. He is a friendly guy, averse to trouble, who has always kept violence away from the doorsteps of his home. One day, he catches a very big dog in a school. Some days later, comes the animal's owner: Babyface, a sociopath ex-cop. The man is furious, considering his dog to be "kidnapped", and demands immediate restitution of his pet. But the dog is not coming back: according to the law, the animal was put to sleep. In a misunderstanding, Babyface argue with Santana, blaming him for his pet's death. From this moment on, Santana's life will be completely changed.

A film about the reunion of a family broken by the pain and because of the pain can be reunited. An intense story, told in a soft and sensitive way, showing the search and dedication of a man rediscovering family and the love that unites the brothers, finally forming a real family.

Lucia understands the world through sounds. She, as the people the surrounds her, struggles in the pursuit of relating with others. Her particular perspective, however, will turn that gap of communication even bigger.

В 16 лет она порывает со своей буржуазной семьей, оставляет Мюнхен, где родилась, и приезжает в Берлин. В столице становится активисткой компартии. Преследуемая полицией, она спасается бегством в Москву, где проходит военную подготовку. В 1935 году ей поручают сопровождать бразильского коммуниста Луиса Карлуса Престеса в Бразилию, где он должен возглавить коммунистическую революцию. В пути она влюбляется в него. Революция проваливается, Престес и Ольга арестованы.
