А эмигрантка из Македонии Ронни окажется странным образом замешана в этих событиях.

Берлин 1931 года: бордели служат художественными ателье, нацисты бесчинствуют на улицах, жизнь кипит. Днём германист Якоб Фабиан сочиняет рекламные тексты, а ночью вместе со своим другом Штефаном Лабуде курсирует по самым причудливым заведениям города. Штефан — спец в вопросах коммунизма и секса, Фабиан же этих тем избегает, ожидая торжества морали, хоть и сам в это толком не верит. Усомниться в своём ироническом фатализме его заставляет лишь Корнелия, которая становится последним лучиком надежды в его рушащейся жизни.

Inspired by Jean Genet's 1950 homoerotic "Un Chant D'Amour", this short film interrogates patriarchal credo through the lens of its unseen bodies. Shiny young male bodies are replaced with post-menopausal women, who celebrate their erotic power after shedding the patriarchal construct which places them ‘of the market'(as author Virginie Despentes would say).

Anette and Carla’s rebellious nature and sense of humor have kept the two self-confident women connected for years. The current societal shift to the right and the fact that they as women - and now older women - are pushed to the edge of society, really gets to them. Unflinchingly, they use their alleged state to do what many wouldn’t have the guts to do…

An accidental meeting in an elevator at a department store leads two older women to their limits and forces them to improvise by the time the elevator gets stuck.
