The story of Jeeo Shaan Se revolves around two young college students, Kishan, and Govinda, who are led astray by the notion of free sex and are deeply involved in promiscuity. They freely play with innocent girls virginity and publicly flaunt their intentions. The story takes a different turn when Kishan meets Radha. He tries to correct his lustful activities. But his old habit returns in the company of his friend Govinda.

Well known for his believes in fairness, justice, and fair play, Raja Prithviraj holds sway over a large rural territory in India. His word is the law, and no one would dare to cross swords with him. Prithviraj lives with his only daughter, Tejeshwani, in their exclusive palace. Years later, Tejeshwani has now grown up, attends college, on occasion with her pet cheetah, meets with handsome young fellow collegian, and after several misunderstandings and confrontations, both fall in love with each other. When Prithviraj comes to know of Arjun, he invites him to his palace, insults him, and asks him never to see Tejeshwani again. But Jay's love for the horse becomes a obsession, he becomes an ardent though inexperienced rider, and suffers an injury. His grandmother decides that it is time that she gave away Dildaara. When Jay finds that his horse is missing, he confronts his grandmother, and is shocked to learn that she has given away his horse. His grandmother does not know that by giving away his horse, she has changed her's and his lives forever - for Jay leaves and never returns. But how can Jay, a young man, without any skills, survive any single day without his grandmother's support?

Gopichand Verma is a retired Judge of the Supreme Court of India. He re-locates to scenic Ooty and decides to live there in a palatial home. He has a cook/servant in Badriprasad Chaurasia. When Chaurasia wins a lottery, he quits, and Verma hires a woman by the name of Nandini in his place. He soon finds out that there is a mystery behind Nandini and her presence in his house, apart from the fact that she is mentally imbalanced. When he probes further, he finds that she is claiming to be his illegitimate daughter. He does accept her and decides to let her live there, but his wife, his son, his sister, his son-in-law, and daughter have other plans - for they have hired notorious hit-man Samar Khan to abduct and kill Nandini at any cost. Is Nandini really Verma's daughter? Why would the Verma family want her dead?
