Kuttan, an annoyingly disciplined and a bigoted upper-caste retired police officer, is living with his son Kichu. After Bharati, Kuttan’s younger sister, falls in love with lower caste Kuttappan and elopes with him against her family’s wish, the attempts on Kuttan's life increases and his paranoia make the lives around him miserable.

The movie plot revolves around a village lad who attends an interview in the city and gets drawn into a web of deceit and revenge.

Instead of serving his duty or investigate crimes, he likes to remain at his home 'Pulikkattil' as he does agriculture work, continuously opting for medical leaves. But as the murder of a college student comes to fore, he is forced to take charge of the investigation. How he sorts out the mystery forms the rest of the movie.

Harsha Vardhan is out to avenge his wife's murder. But it will be a tough job when Alexander, the police officer of the city, is very cautious of what is happening around.
