Герой, отсидевший после победы в тюрьме, оказывается в Лондоне, где открывает китайский ресторан в южной части города. В тот момент, когда он думает, что все несчастья и ужасы его семьи позади, дочь погибает в теракте, устроенном истинными IRA. Видя, что власти не слишком рьяно разыскивают террористов, Мин решает самостоятельно разыскать и уничтожить преступников.
