Seven member song & dance group, "Bullet Train," star in their first film. Seven childhood friends who belonged to a youth group in their neighborhood association have grown up and gone their separate ways. Through unusual circumstances, they are entrusted with an event at the neighborhood festival and give their all to lift the spirits of a young girl, Hana (Iwasaki Miku) and her shut-in mother Usagi (Asami Reina) through cheerleading.

The Super Dimensional Demon Etelgar forces a beautiful young alien princess to use her magic to trap Ultraman all across the galaxy! In order to stop Etelgar and save their fellow Ultra Heroes, two brave young men named Hikaru and Sho must transform into Ultraman Ginga and Ultraman Victory. Tomoya leisurely sketches the Ultra Monsters in his sketchbook but an unknown forces suddenly radiated the book. Misuzu, Kenta and Chigusa discover several Spark Dolls, which were thought to be sent into outer space but somehow returned to Earth. Hikaru soon arrives, and soon the group are transported into a virtual room by Tomoya's Gunpad. The room itself has several Spark Dolls in its collection. Tomoya introduces them to the Livepad, a tablet which allows its user to use UltLive simulations by simply scanning the Spark Doll via the tip of its pointer pen. The group begins experimenting with the new technology.

This is the first film adaptation of the Ultraman Ginga TV series. It was released as a double-bill with Mega Monster Rush: Ultra Frontier - Dino-Tank Hunting. Chronologically it takes place between Episode 6 & 7 of the Ultraman Ginga TV show.
