Philip Rapp was an award-winning writer, director and producer, and the man behind the popular and long-running radio series "The Battling Bickersons". He also created the Baby Snooks character for Fanny Brice of the Ziegfeld Follies. He wrote six movies for Danny Kaye and directed and produced TV series, including "Topper" (1953), from 1953 to 1955. He was born in London, England, in 1907, but made his career in the USA. He died in Beverly Hills, California, in 1996.
