В роскошной петербургской квартире бывшего наркобарона встречаются четыре незнакомца. Хозяин дома опаздывает, и четверым гостям ничего не остается, кроме как сидеть и разговаривать. Один из них пришел просить денег, другой - оружие, третий - с целью шантажа, а четвертый – чтобы убить третьего. Слово за слово, и то, что сначала начиналось как безобидный разговор между ожидающими незнакомцами, превращается в шквал насмешек и оскорблений в адрес самого слабого из них. Ситуация обостряется настолько, что грозит кровавой расправой, а затем ... мистическим столкновением с неизбежным.
