Michael Ciminelli is Chief of the City of Rochester, New York Police Department, or RPD. He was appointed in 2014 by Mayor Lovely Warren. Ciminelli holds a law degree from the University of Buffalo Law School and is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Monroe Community College (MCC).

Members of the Community along with family members of the victims join together to speak out against the needless violence that took the lives of multiple children and young adults and injured many others.
