The story takes off when Bishu, a slum dweller, and Abesh, a wanna-be poet, feel shaken after witnessing suicide of a homeless person on a busy road of Kolkata.

A rich and powerful family looking for an fake heir. They selected an orphan to play the role. And this family has a violent dispute with another rival family. Now everything of this family is depending on the orphan.

When Jhinuk, the daughter of a wealthy man, falls in love with Sagor (Shakib Khan), who hates how the rich treat the poor, she poses as a pauper to win his heart.

Rimaan (Shakib Khan) is the son of a multimillionaire in Dhaka. He has a love interest in Suhana (Rumana), who has a friend, Tulip (Apu Biswas). Tulip's father (Shohel Rana) wants to get her married to her cousin (Misha Sawdagor), who is a rowdy, which she doesn't like. Tulip's paternal-grandfather bluffs to the family that she has already fallen in love with a guy in the city. Suhana helps Tulip by renting Rimaan as her would-be, just to let her escape the wedding situation for the time being. Just as things cool down, Tulip's suitor takes her away by force, only to be chased by Rimaan. Rimaan finally beats up her suitor into submission and leaves with her, but another problem arises when Rimaan has to decide between Suhana, whom he dated, and Tulip, who falls for him.

A romance.

Rakesh (Shakib Khan) is an orphan. He works in a garage as a mechanic. One day Munia (Apu Biswas) comes to fix her car in his garage. When they saw each other they started to like each other. Later, Rakesh finds out he became an orphan because of some evil people (Misha Sawdagor). So, Rakesh sets out to take back all the things including King Khan which was rightfully his own.

Rafique Mallik is a honest judge. Someone tries to kill his son Rafat, as revenge against Rafique. Rafat survives, but the perpetrator won’t easily stop his campaign of terror against the family.

A servant falls for the beautiful daughter of his mistress, who is a business tycoon. After discovering his feelings for her daughter, she tries to separate them.

Hridoy (Shakib Khan) is a rich city boy, born to billionaire parents and brought up in London. On the other hand, Aasha (Apu Biswas) is a traditional, simple desi girl from Bangladesh who is brought up by her only brother, Mohammod Ali (Misha Sawdagor). Slowly Hridoy and Aasha fall in love but Hridoy's mother does not bear it as Aasha is not as rich as them, and is thus not to their standards; Hridoy is also to be married to Shabnur's brother's business partner's daughter, Bobby. Shabnur humiliates Aasha as well as Mohammod Ali, who arrives a minute before, and both are thrown of the house after Shabnur accuses them of trying to entice and trap Hridoy. When Hridoy learns of this, he goes to Aasha's house and pleads to her brother to accept him. Mohammod Ali gives him a chance, just like he was given a chance by the Zamindar when he was little.

Talukder (Farooq) breaks of his sister's marriage with Aslam Shikdar's (Abdur Razzak) brother Asad for the amount of Mahr which was one crore (ten million) BDT. Then the rivalry between these two families grew immensely. Next generation of these two families Fahim Talukder (Shakib Khan) and Simran (Apu Biswas) fall in love with each other. And the age old rivalry reignites.

Maloti, a mentally challenged girl, lives a hand to mouth existence with her ailing mother in a dilapidated house. A day labourer named Aju, who usually spends the night at a corner outside Maloti's house, loves her very much. However, because of the stratagem of the village head, Maloti is told to leave her home. The film is the usual story of the oppressed people who suffer at the hands of the powerful.
