Through a year we see how Agnes develops in new directions - and repeats old mistakes.

In an Oslo apartment, four friends are discussing how they would react if the rest of the world would come to an end and they were the only survivors. The discussion gets heated and underlying conflicts surface.

In the concert hall where Arvid works, the room is packed for the big premiere of a concert. His sister will be performing and Arvid hopes to have his own moment in the spotlight, but the evening does not go as expected.

The film starts on the eastern front during World War II, before the director yells "Cut!" and we 're on a Norwegian film set in 2015. "Quiet on Set" is a meta short film that deals with a romantic encounter on set, where Kjell and Rakel has to be quiet during shooting and are forced to flirt through miming and body language.
