The young and friendly Kalle returns after spending many years in jail for his escape attempts. He doesn't know exactly who blew the whistle, but his friend Skrodt is definitely under suspicion. Kalle returns to ostensibly renew the friendship and to see Isabelle whom he loves. The duplicitous friendship between the two men becomes the main focus of the story which features interesting plot twists at the end.

Now he´s chairman of the LPG, the "volutary" federation for agriculture and animal husbandry. One evening, two men from the public prosecutor's office come to pick him up. He seems prepared, but Anja doesn't know why. Her first way leads her to Max Stephan, LPG chairman in the neighboring village. She happened to be there during the last argument between them, Max threatened to literally destroy Daniel. Did he carry out this threat? In conversations with the villagers, she gradually learns the truth.

Johanna has left her husband so that he can reflect on their broken relationship and both men gradually begin to fall in love with her.

Но постепенно Ян, получающий по указанию Крафта усиленный паек, набирает силы и на матче побеждает Крафта. Озлобленный Крафт собирается убить Яна, но по совету своей возлюбленной Хельги решает расправиться с ним иначе: он организует побег Яна, вероломно обещая ему, что никто из заключенных не пострадает за это. Будучи уже за пределами лагеря, Ян слышит лагерную сирену. Он понимает, что Крафт обманул его. Чтобы предотвратить расправу над заключенными, которых приговорят к смерти за его мнимый побег...

Но то, чего ему не хватает в опыте, он с лихвой компенсирует своей творческой энергией и энтузиазмом в отношении проекта. Риттер покоряет сердце красавицы Глюк, хотя она с самого начала больше всего ему не доверяла.

Детская дружба между Магдаленой, Михаэлем и Юргеном переросла в юношескую влюбленность, а затем и в соперничество между двумя последними. Böttchers film showcases three young workers who learn how to paint, draw, and make sculptures out of stone. The film generated a storm of mistrust, as there is no leading communist party, and the three individuals live blithely and independently of the official dictates. It became one of the first DEFA documentary productions that were not allowed to be shown.

Engineer Strebel′s apprentices think of nothing else but music and dancing, although they should really concentrate on their marks. Consequently, Strebel is anything but delighted with his pupil. To top it all, a TV show becomes interested in a performance by Strebel′s apprentices. To calm down their teacher, Jutta Fröhlich, who has already cast an eye on Strebel, makes him an offer: When they better their marks, Strebel would permit them to make a performance on television.

Ev and Peter fall in love at first sight. Peter studies dentistry in Leipzig and is eager to work in the country. There is an unfilled dentist vacancy in his home village. Ev, on the other hand, is drawn to the city. Being a commercial artist, she sees no chance to find a job in the country. This conflict becomes the first real test for their relationship.

Каждый получает по одной гильзе, четверым бойцам, путем неимоверных испытаний, удается добраться до своих и узнать тайну донесения.

In the late 1950s, the collectivization of agriculture is in full swing in the East German village of Willshagen on the German-German border. Those in charge have to face many obstacles, especially from a large-scale farmer who is unwilling to join the co-op. All of a sudden, mysterious men in a fancy car appear in the village and show an interest in the rundown manor house. Gossip spreads quickly, and some villagers think there will be a re-parceling of properties and a land swap with West Germany. They assume everything will go back to how it used to be and even expect the count to return to his manor. In preparation, the situation in the village escalates at a fevered pitch.

Полицией найдено мертвое тело. В это же время в поезде, идущем в Западный Берлин, была арестована пожилая дама. В ее багаже была найдена оптика, запрещенная к вывозу заграницу. Оказывается, что убитый был членом банды контрабандистов. А пожилая дама регулярно перевозила оптические приборы из ГДР своему сыну Клаусу в Западный Берлин, который оборудовал там перевалочную базу для контрабандного товара… Два с виду не связанных случая служат для унтер-лейтенанта Шелленберга и лейтенанта Хассельбаха отправной точкой для начала расследования.
