2 декабря 1805 г, на территории Южной Моравии (в то время часть Австрии) французские войска во главе с Наполеоном готовятся к решающей битве с российско-австрийской армией, объединившейся под началом Императора России Александра I и австрийского императора Франца I. Французская армия почти вдвое меньше, чем войска коалиции, тем не менее Наполеон начинает подготовку к сражению и разрабатывает план, который в последствии будет назван одним из самых гениальных планов сражений. Самонадеянные императоры России и Австрии, надеясь на превосходящую численность своих армий, не прислушались к стратегическим советам Кутузова. Быстрота перемещений — вот что послужило ключом к успеху Наполеона.

There is a lot of excitement in the high society of Venice: An Arab prince, who always travels incognito, is said to be in the city. By chance, the elegant Isabella gets to know the handsome heir to the throne - and it does not take long for her to fall madly in love with him. Isabella has no idea that her dream man is really the impostor Gérard, who looks remarkably like the prince and was hounded by the sleazy crook Alfredo on Isabella to steal their precious jewelry.

Commissioner Malaise investigates a strange crime: a mannequin, stolen from the window of a tailor, is found stabbed... But his face of wax has the features of a certain Gilbert, who died a year earlier in a family, all of whose members will become more or less suspicious to the Commissioner. He thinks that, in spite of Dr. Furnelle's conclusions, Gilbert's death was not natural. But finding the cause of death and the identity of the possible culprit will require more than a mere intuition.
