“To me, Hong Kong represents a meeting of the two elements of water and concrete: the natural and manmade fighting for space whilst constantly permeating one another. For this film I tried to echo the mediations between what I interpreted as the ‘water’ and ‘concrete’ components of the nuanced musical composition."
