Grieving over the death of an ex-girlfriend, Jia Le moves in to stay with an actor friend. The actor, however, often suffers spasms of pain in his body as he prepares to move to China for a better life. Before leaving, the actor performs in an adaptation of controversial writer Yukio Mishima's Noh Play, 'Dojoji'. Both men try to find a glimmer of happiness in their lives.

Guohui and Peiling were childhood sweethearts who met again after years of being apart and became a couple. On an idyllic island south of Singapore, they spend their last moments together as their relationship falls apart. The film is about the impossibility to know what has made people change. Through the ever-changing landscape, Guohui and Peiling realise that what is transitory is also eternal.

An army recruit was found dead during a 24km road march. After the death of the recruit, strange things started to happen, haunting all the soldiers in the barracks.
