The film is based on a true story. It talks about the end of War and defeat of forces and the relation between Kurds and Arabs by the end of 1991.

Слепой мальчик Хоршед, живущий в таджикской деревне Ирана, зарабатывает на жизнь для себя и матери, настраивая музыкальные инструменты. Работает он хорошо, но хозяин недоволен им, из-за постоянных опозданий Хоршеда. А если мальчика уволят, мать не сможет платить за жилье.
