After accidentally joining an advanced yoga class, an unfit man pushes his body to the limit trying to impress his judgemental teacher and classmates.

The story takes place in the waiting room of a private clinic where a famous surgeon, Dr. Calvesi, operates. There, two patients are waiting to have a meeting with him. They discuss their problem: doing a kidney transplant for a fee.
