In a small fishing town in Cebu, six-year-old Junjun tries to run on water to escape his bullies with the help of a superhero named Boy Kilat.

In the urban streets of Cebu, a man patiently waits for a jeepney to ride on the way to his destination. As he embarks on the jeepney, he sees the pursuits of other passengers and the people outside of his serene view which unexpectedly transports him into realities he is yet to venture.
