Это история о девушке Лизе, оказавшейся в тяжелой жизненной ситуации. Она потеряла бизнес, который доставлял ей удовольствие, ее покинул любимый. На ее шее сидит неработающая эксцентричная мама. Оказавшись наедине со своими проблемами, жизнь Лизы психологически находится «на волоске». Когда уже нет другого выхода, в канун Нового Года, Лиза решает ехать в Польшу на заработки. Выпив с подругой «лишнего» перед отъездом, Лиза садится не в тот автобус, засыпает… и попадает вместо города Буковец (Польша), в Буковель. Оказавшись утром в горнолыжном курорте без денег и вещей, Лиза идет искать помощи, чтобы выбраться из этой нелепой ситуации. Горнолыжный курорт выступает платформой, где совершаются новогодние чудеса, «неслучайные случайности». Главная героиня обретет здесь и любовь, и дружбу. Она сумеет понять, что жизнь – одна…
