Justin Michael Evanston-Burton is a Canadian actor who is famous for the voice of Bear, Franklin's best friend in the Franklin series and the voice of Lofty in Bob the Builder. He portrayed the role of Timmy in the United States of Tara and Prince Wednesday in Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood and The Magic Toy Shop series.
