Это история азербайджанской семьи, история взаимоотношений двух братьев, трагическая в своей неразрешимости. Это трагедии человека, которому не дана возможность понять ближнего, ближнего в самом высоком понимании этого слова. Джалил искренне любил своего младшего брата Симурга, и не было для него человека роднее.
