A video series for children produced in Korea under the license of 스트리트 파이터 - 가두쟁패전의 (Street Fighter - Before The Street War), which was created by Hong Kong's World Comics History.
A village is being oppressed by a four villains lead by chow chung until a beggar comes to town and teaches a young man and woman the 7 star grand mantis style of fighting. They stomp out the gangs businesses and then have to fight them to a finish.
