Главный Волшебник, повелитель всех сказок и ответственный за счастливый конец каждой из них, решил взять небольшой «тайм-аут» — укатить отдохнуть и поиграть в гольф в Шотландию. Вместо себя он оставляет двух своих помощников — Манка и Мамбо, следить за тем, чтобы все сказки шли своим чередом и заканчивались счастливо. Золушка, типичная сказочная героиня, дружит с дворцовым посудомойщиком Риком, питающим к ней самые тёплые чувства, но всё равно мечтает танцевать на балу в этот вечер только с Принцем.

One thing's for certain, Arthur is determined to get to the bottom of this case. В Лас-Вегасе Бивис и Батт-Хед знакомятся с Даллас, женой Мади. Она зашивает в штаны Бивиса похищенный из секретной исследовательской лаборатории блок «X-5». Даллас заказывает билеты для мальчиков на туристический автобус, который направляется в Вашингтон. Федеральная служба безопасности начинает охоту на Бивиса и Батт-Хеда, которые традиционно начинаю попадать в передряги и отравлять жизнь всем жителям США.
