Marju Marynel Kuut (12 February 1946 Tallinn - 10 April 2022) was an Estonian singer, songwriter, music producer and DJ. In 1965, the prestigious jazz magazine Down Beat named her the best jazz singer in the Soviet Union. She was the singer of the popular bands MERL and MIR in the 1970s. She has worked in the variety shows Astoria, Tallinn and Viru. In 1971, Kuut participated in the feature film "Varastati Vana Toomas" and the rock opera "Imelugu" at the Vanemuine Theater. Her recordings are on dozens of compilation albums and many solo albums, among others the CDs with old hits "Raagus vysut" (2005) and "Marju Marynel Kuut" (2006). She had received a lifetime achievement award for her contribution to Estonian music.
