Born in Barcelona on December 3, 2002, Carlos R. Haro is a catalan filmmaker, director, cinematographer, photographer and musical composer. At the age of fifteen, he studied artistic baccalaureate in El Prat del Llobregat (Barcelona). Upon completion, the prestigious Higher School of Cinema and Audiovisuals of Catalonia (ESCAC) offered him a scholarship to study cinematography during a course. Upon completion, the school gave him the possibility to graduate in Cinematography, receiving a scholarship for the next three years of study. In turn, Carlos graduates in the higher degree musical harmony and performance (piano) by the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM). At the age of sixteen he won his first prize for a short film in Barcelona, endowed with a statuette and a check for a thousand euros. There are several nominations he has received for his short films nationally and internationally, from Madrid, Barcelona, Pyrgos to Los Angeles, among others.
