После знакомства с потенциальной невестой Арнаб с родителями возвращается в Калькутту на машине. Идет сильный дождь, и они насмерть сбивают пожилую женщину. Попытки выяснить её личность и найти родственников приводят Арнаба в лесную хижину, где обнаруживается девушка Руксана, сидящая на цепи. Полиция освобождает несчастную, а после похорон матери в хижину за девушкой приходит группа вооружённых мужчин с явно недобрыми намерениями.
