The dream was a neighborhood bistro - fresh, local ingredients, thoughtfully and expertly prepared. So Chef Samir and Rachel Mohammad packed up their belongings, left Denver, and set their sights on Noblesville, Indiana. After a 3 month remodel their little bistro was ready for guests.
