In CLINT THE STRANGER (CLINT EL SOLITARIO), also widely known as CLINT THE NEVADA'S LONER, Martin plays Clint Harrison, a gunfighter who has been on the run from a vengeful family for years. He returns to his home town to discover that his wife (Marianne Koch of FISTFUL OF DOLLARS fame) has taken his son and fled north to escape his unsavory reputations. Following her in an attempt to make amends, he rides into the middle of a land-grab war between a group of desperate farmers and an unscrupulous rancher named Shannon (Walter Byrnes from THE BIG GUNDOWN) and his brutal foreman (the always reliable Fernando Sancho). Promising his wife that he won't use this gun, Clint must stand by as Shannon's men eliminate the farmer's in a series of well-staged set pieces calculated to make the audience anticipate the inevitable moment when Clint is forced to turn his guns and settle accounts.

This three-part Austrian/Czech comedy stretches the boundaries of what is considered to be humorous. Part one finds a silent film actor upset because of a rival actor's attention to the former's wife. When he kills his rival, it is only when he is strapped to the electric chair that he realizes that this is his last live scene. The second episode has the wife of an elderly British nobleman having an affair with the young gamekeeper of their estate. Part three finds a peasant woman taking a lover when her husband goes off to fight the war.

The chorus girl Caterina Duval gets the chance of her life when hired as stand-in of a famous star. On the opening night Catarina is singing, dancing and stepping into the hearts of the audience.

Maria lives with her grandfather in a secluded fishing hut on Lake Constance where they barely survive on what the fishing grounds provide. Вместе со своей девушкой Гретль он написал несколько популярных песен, но его более серьёзные композиции не доходят до любителей хорошей музыки. Появление звезды ночных клубов Глории подвергает испытанию отношения между Гретль и Францем.
