Guided by his doctor (or is it voices in his head?), a young director is given a mission: to go to Texas to make an abstract roadmovie (“Unfocused film! Focus is repressed!”) about the Housecore Horror Festival of Film and Music, a festival that brings together cinema and extreme music.

Veteran Spanish actor Antonio Mayans is kidnapped by a director with whom he made a terrible film in the past, and whose career was destroyed by the failure of it. He seeks revenge and wants Mayans to act on his new project: a snuff movie.

Peter and Lisbeth are two young but unfortunate lovers living in a rigid rural community in the Black Forest. She comes from a wealthy family of glassblowers; he is a poor coal worker on the lower end of society. To become rich and respected, Peter makes a pact with a devil named Dutch Michael, who rips out his heart and replaces it with a stone. Robbed of all warmth and feeling, Peter becomes a cold-hearted go-getter who rapidly achieves his goals. Ruthlessly he strives for money and power.

Two filmmaking friends hang out in Rome and make a Super 8 documentary together. Their journey begins at the home of actor Giovanni Lombardo Radice (Cannibal Ferox) and ends at the home of director Ruggero Deodato (Cannibal Holocaust).

One of the more extreme communes, the Taylor-Eriksson cult, carries its "quest for self-knowledge" to a malevolent end, with numerous group members trapped, tortured, murdered and mutilated. In a acting school in Berlin. The mysterious Elia organizes a course for improving the acting talents, which he calls the "Kali-Process". This technique he learned mid-80s by the infamous "Taylor-Eriksson-Group" in a camp in India. 3 students attend the course and be picked up by Elia on a dangerous journey in their innermost self, which develops into a dangerous trip for everyone involved. Thematically related precursor to "Tears of Kali"(2004).
