Пес по кличке «Блеск» однажды угодил в недра секретной лаборатории и в результате стал первой на земле собакой, наделенной сверхсобачьими силами. В обычной жизни — он все та же самая добродушная псина, души не чающая в своем хозяине Джеке. Но стоит где-то поблизости произойти преступлению, и старина Блеск тут же превращается в Суперпса, героя в обтягивающем красном трико и с развевающимся синим плащом за спиной.
