Badaquin

Marguerite and Verdurin, both employed in l'Atout Prix, a store run by Prosper Biscoton, would like to take a vacation at the beach, but they need more money than they earn. They decide to trick their boss into paying for the trip by pretending Marguerite is interested in him. Biscoton falls in the trap and puts himself in a difficult position with his own wife.
Alfred Pascoureau
This French musical comedy was based on the stage play Mademoiselle Mozart, written by Yvan Noe, who also co-directed the screen version. Danielle Darrieux plays Denise, the owner of a music shop that is facing closure. Wealthy young Maxime (Pierre Mingand) falls in love with Denise but knows full well that she despises rich folks and would refuse to accept his charity. Thus, Maxime arranges to secretly buy the store then takes a job with the establishment as a humble sheet-music salesman. When Denise finds out that her new employee is actually her boss, she is furious, but rest assured that Love Will Find a Way. The lovely Danielle Darrieux is permitted to sing on several occasions, which she does enthusiastically if not altogether expertly.
Bobby Guibert and Pat Duvallon are the best of friends. They are also big party animals. Honorine, Bobby's aunt, is outraged by her nephew's bad behavior, all the more as it is with her money that the young man paints the city red, always accompanied by Pat. She then decides to send them both to the West Indies, where she owns a sugar-cane plantation, in the hope that far from temptation they will reform. Once there, the two revelers come up with nothing better than - swap identities, which will be the cause of a series of cheerful misunderstandings. Everything will end not in one, but several marriages.
The pharmacist Bourrachon learns that his wife Adrienne deceives him with Dr. Rigal, whose specialties he sells in his pharmacy. His sister, the authoritarian Mrs. Bruneau, urged him to divorce and introduced Geneviève to substitute Adrienne. But after five months of marriage, Geneviève gives birth to a child whose real father turns out to be Henri, the salesman of the Bourrachon pharmacy. Mrs Bruneau will then try to persuade her brother to bring an action disavowal of paternity for the honor of the family and especially to protect the inheritance of his own daughters. But Bourrachon will eventually become attached to the child and endorse his paternity.

On his wedding day, Robert confesses his father-in-law that twenty years ago, he seduced a lady in a sleeping car of a train. His mother-in-law overhears the conversation and convinces Robert that she was that lady and that makes Robert's bride also his daughter. The wedding is in danger of being annulled when the trickery is finally discovered.

Dédé is a young wealthy man who buys a shoe store, owned by his friend Robert, in order to receive more conveniently his mistress. Everything seems fine and Dédé seems to be enjoying all of this. But the man barely knew that he would fall in love with one of the many pretty vendors of his new "acquisition", favoring this new girl over the previous one.
Because Colin has a charming smile, he seduces his boss, a great decorator. And Colin, who ruined himself to approach the young woman, succeeds in becoming her partner and then her husband.

Le Bouif is a popular figure on the Parisian racetrack. He has the patter, the aplomb, the bonhomie, which allows him to pass on indestructible pipes to the racegoers. Faced with the stubbornness of the examining magistrate, but helped by sympathetic young people, the Bouif proves his innocence and, back on the lawn, measures his popularity.

Mistaken for another woman, Irma is passionately pursued by Bernereau, whose wife gets involved with someone else's husband, whose wife gets involved with.
